Shipping is free on every order, to every country we serve. No minimum, no surprise fees at checkout.

Orders leave our warehouse in 1 to 2 business days. Delivery then takes 3 to 7 business days in the United States, and 5 to 12 business days for Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.

From our warehouse in the United States. International orders ship with all duties handled, so nothing extra is charged on delivery.

The moment your order leaves the warehouse we email you a tracking link. If it has been more than 3 business days and nothing arrived, check your spam folder and then email us.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Every payment is processed over an encrypted connection and we never see or store your card details.

One code per order. Our bundle offer, where the second cart is 50% off, is applied automatically, so you do not need a code for it.

Prices are shown and charged in your local currency, based on where you are browsing from. The final amount appears at checkout before you confirm.

Yes. The whole site runs on a secure connection and payments are handled by Shopify Payments and PayPal, the same processors used by millions of stores worldwide.

You get 40 days to use it, load it and live with it. If it is not for you, email us and we send return instructions. Once it arrives back, your refund goes out within 3 to 5 business days.

Yes, 2 years on the frame, wheels and handle against manufacturing defects. If something fails in normal use, we replace it. No forms, no fuss.

Send a photo to support@foldhaul.com within 7 days of delivery and we ship a replacement right away. You do not pay for shipping either way.

If it has not shipped yet, absolutely. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once it is on the truck, you can still use the 40 day return window.

Up to 330 lb (150 kg). Every cart is load-tested before it ships. That is a full grocery run, bags of soil, a loaded cooler, or the kids and the beach gear together.

Yes. With 330 lb of capacity there is room for passengers. Keep an adult on the handle, stay on level ground and take it slow on slopes.

None at all. Pull the handle and the frame opens in one motion, ready to load. Folding it back down takes about the same 3 seconds.

Wipe the frame with a damp cloth and let the fabric air dry. The bed is water resistant and sheds light rain. It rolls on pavement, grass, compact gravel and packed sand. Soft dry sand and stairs are not recommended.
