60 Day Return Guarantee

 

Every FoldHaul order is covered by a 60 day return guarantee. If the wagon is not for you, return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.

 

How to start a return

 

Email support@foldhaul.com with your order number. A real person replies within one business day with the return address and simple instructions.

 

Return conditions

 

The item must be unused, folded flat and in its original packaging when possible. Keep your order number or confirmation email as proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

 

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we inspect it and issue the refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days for the amount to appear on your statement.

 

Damaged or defective items

 

If your wagon arrives damaged or defective, email a photo to support@foldhaul.com within 48 hours of delivery and we ship a replacement at no cost.

 

Exchanges

 

The fastest way to exchange is to return the item for a refund and place a new order.
